Maintenance Schedule

Daily

Check water level in water reserve tank before and during prolonged use. Water level must be at least half full at all times.

Weekly

Add ODOCON™ Odor Controller once or twice prior to use. This is necessary to circulate the granules throughout the
system.

Check Trichlor tablets in chlorinator. Keep al least half full at all times.
Do not breathe fumes when removing the lid.

Monthly

Change Polishing Filters.

Purge sludge using single 2″ gate valve at the lower end of the sloped tank (Filtration Box).

Three to Six Months

Drain and clean system.

This is a general guideline. Some uses require more attention, some less. You will have to determine what works best for your company’s application.
